Description:
In KILLING FLOOR 2, players enter continental Europe to fight the
outbreak caused by Horzine Biotech's failed experiment, which is
spreading faster and more forcefully. Such is its magnitude that it has
even paralyzed the European Union. Just a month after what happened in
the first KILLING FLOOR, clones of the specimens are everywhere and
civilization has been plunged into chaos: communications do not work,
governments have collapsed and military forces have been eradicated. The
inhabitants of Europe know very well how to survive and protect
themselves in these types of situations, and the luckiest ones have
decided to hide.
But not everyone has given up hope... A group of civilians and mercenaries have joined forces to fight the outbreak, establishing privately funded operating bases across Europe. Once the clone outbreaks of the specimens are located, players will have to make their way through areas infested with zeds and kill them.
• Visceral Gore: KILLING FLOOR 2 increases the gore thanks to a patented, powerful and constant blood system that brings new levels of fidelity to the genre. Players will send guts, severed limbs, and blood flying as they advance through enemy hordes. But they will have to be careful. If enemies catch them, they will destroy them and their entire team.
• 6-player co-op and solo mode: Players taking on the fight in co-op mode will be able to choose from a wide variety of playable characters; Those daredevils who wish to deal with the gruesome specimens without any support can choose solo mode.
• Survival Versus game mode: be the Zed! A 12-player PvP mode where two teams take turns facing off against humans and zeds in a pair of short matches. In the first game, one team plays the humans and the other the zeds until all the humans in the round die or until they finish off the boss. In the second game, the teams exchange roles and, when the fight is over, they receive a score based on how they played. Whoever gets the highest score wins!
• Creepy Zeds: New enemies and old acquaintances from the original game will make their appearance, this time with augmented and improved artificial intelligence. • Increased Specialization System: We've reimagined the specializations from the original game and added new ones. The ability to make important talent decisions regarding specializations expands the style of play, giving the player an expandable progression path filled with rewarding milestones.
• Beastly Close Combat: KILLING FLOOR 2 completely reinvents hand-to-hand combat. Players will be able to choose from several types of melee attacks, allowing them to deliver brutal and relentless blows to the Zeds.
• Zed Moment: Be the movie hero you know you are! The zed moment returns to Killing Floor 2, and better than ever. Take advantage of the slow motion that will give you the time you need to destroy the approaching horde, and enjoy watching your magnificent weapons at work.
